Very comfortable hotel with great service! Mr. ITT at concierge was always a friendly face to see each day. Although Pattaya isn’t really our cup of tea, this hotel more than met our needs. Super comfy bed. Great water pressure, even on the 18th floor!

First time I choose this hotel and stayed that made me felt impressive and staff very nice and the room is very beautiful, Food and drink are tasty and they have a lots of cocktail , wine and dishes. I love Negroni and Dry Martini. Next time I will back and stay this hotel. See you guys

This hotel strikes me more as a solid 4-star rather than a 5-star establishment. When comparing it to other 5-star hotels we've visited, it lacks a certain ambiance. Opting for a Jr Suite, in my opinion, wasn't worth the tripled cost, and I would have preferred to save that money for dining experiences. Room:- Positives: The room layout was quite effective, featuring a wonderfully deep bathtub and a very comfortable bed. The view was enjoyable, and the bathroom was overall impressive. Negatives:The balcony fell short, being too small for a relaxing sit-out. Additionally, the room had an excess of seemingly pointless switches and buttons. The service provided by the hotel staff was both professional and exceedingly pleasant. Location: The suitability of the location depends on your purpose of visit. For us, seeking relaxation after a few days in Bangkok, the setting didn't quite match our expectations. Immediately outside, a bar aggressively invites patrons in, while turning left leads to the beach and turning right presents a succession of massage parlors. The breakfast was decent but did not live up to 5-star standards. A notable disappointment was the pool, which remained uncomfortably cold throughout our stay due to inadequate sunlight, detracting from our leisure time. In summary, despite its few shortcomings, the hotel is commendable, offering a wide array of nearby activities and dining options, making it a great choice for travelers seeking variety.

They prepared special decorations for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it. Every staff are friendly and really kind. We also liked most of the staff are relatively young and feel energetic. Facilities are all clean and close from the beach. Also great quality of breakfast.
